Return-drip

Sometimes even pixels glitch.

All our products are made-to-order, printed or embroidered fresh after you click buy.
That means we can’t just restock returns or put them back on a shelf, because there is no shelf.

To make that possible, we work with Printful, a global production partner with fulfillment centers across Europe, North America and beyond. Their network ensures consistent quality, shorter and cost-optimized delivery routes, and a focus on sustainability using eco-certified materials.

Our apparel is based on premium Stanley/Stella blanks – high-quality organic cotton garments built to last, feel good, and make your drip sustainable by design.

All that said: because every item is made just for you, we can’t take standard returns.
But if something actually went wrong, we’ll fix it fast and fair. ⚡


1. When returns are (and aren’t) possible

We can only accept returns if there’s a genuine production issue.
Everything else falls under “choose wisely, brick wisely.”

✅ Accepted returns:

  • Damaged or defective items (holes, stains, print or embroidery errors)
  • Wrong item received (wrong color, size, or design sent by mistake)

❌ Not accepted:

  • Wrong size or fit (please double check the size and skip cookies after ordering 😅)
  • Minor color variations between screen and print (reality has no RGB mode)
  • Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or sudden minimalism (it happens, but our gear’s too good to return 😉)

We print what you pick, so double-check before you smash that buy button. 🧱


2. How to report, prove, and resolve a problem

If your order arrived flawed, no panic. Just email us within 30 days after delivery at gm@lfgo.shop. Include your order number, a short description of what went wrong, and clear photos.

📸 Photos that help us help you faster:
Printful can usually solve everything from pictures – no need to ship anything back unless they ask. Please send clear, well-lit images showing the problem:

  • Print placement → show the full print area, ideally flat with a ruler for scale
  • Print quality → close-up of the print details
  • Damage → show the defect and part of the design for context
  • Wrong item → product and packing slip in one shot
  • Size problem → show the tag if it’s incorrect, or include a measuring-tape photo if the fit feels off

The better the photo, the faster the fix. (Blurry memes don’t count 😅)

What happens next:
Once we get your report, Printful reviews it within a few days. Since everything runs through both their and our support teams, it might take a little while, but we keep it moving. If approved, you’ll get either a replacement or a refund. No drama, no bots, just real humans fixing things. ☕


3. Undeliverable packages

If a package can’t be delivered because the address was incomplete or incorrect, it automatically returns to the nearest Printful facility (EU, UK, US etc.). You can request reshipment after updating the address and covering the reshipping fee. If the package isn’t claimed within 30 days, it’ll be donated to charity – because good energy deserves a second life. 🌍💚


4. EU withdrawal rights

Under EU law (Directive 2011/83), made-to-order and personalized goods are exempt from the 14-day return rule. Since everything here is produced individually for you, that exemption applies. If your order is damaged, misprinted or incorrect, we’ll still replace or refund it. We’re rebels, not villains. 😉
